There is plenty of parking on Front street in front of the salon. If for some reason it’s full, there is a parking lot behind the bank across the street.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please give 24-hour advance notice. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen and it is not possible to give notice, so I do ask that you contact us as soon as possible in these situations. After more than one cancellation with less than 24-hour notice, a non-refundable fee of $50 for each occurrence will be due before your next appointment.
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS
In the case of a no-show appointment, a $25 fee for EACH SERVICE scheduled or 50% of the scheduled appointment (whichever is greater) will be invoiced to you and due before another appointment can be made. After two (2) no call/no-show appointments, client will no longer be able to book future appointments with Remedy Salon + Wellness. This cancellation policy is subject to change at any time without notice.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
The goal is to use your photos as inspiration to give you a look of your own. If you are unhappy with your service, please contact Remedy Salon + Wellness immediately so that adjustment can be made as refunds will not be given. Complimentary adjustments must be within 7 days of the original service. Remedy Salon + Wellness will not be liable for hair color or cuts done by someone else.
CHILDREN
We love meeting your new babies! Unfortunately, the salon is not a place for mobile children. Due to the use of chemicals, hot tools, and sharp objects in the salon, we kindly ask that only those receiving services be present in the salon due to limited space and the safety of all guests. If a child under 12 years old must be present, there MUST be another adult accompanying them.
PUNCTUALITY
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to allow for parking and to ensure you will receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything possible to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your service must be rescheduled. If this becomes a regular occurrence (more than 2 times in a calendar year), your appointment will be subject to the current No-Show fee.
RETAIL
All items have a 7-day exchange policy if they are still in new/unused condition. Defective items will be replaced. Items cannot be returned if used or opened.
